Welcome! Steve and Kristyne McDaniel here. If you're like we are, medical jargon can be difficult to absorb and understand. When it comes to the ordinary occurances of life, there's no need to get complicated about things, and that's where we are working to be of assistance.

We're no strangers to health care issues. Both of us have had our share of health challenges to deal with over the course of our lives. From heart disease to diabetes to back problems we've been there. We are also searching the web for other topics of interest that we can present here in lay terms.

This site is starting off with a few topics, and expanding to cover a great many every day issues surrounding the health care needs all of us encounter. From the basics like nutrition, we'll be going into areas like selecting health care providers and advocating for yourself with insurance carriers.
